Royals’ Spectacular — Technical & Production Summary

• Presented by: JustIncredible, LLC and Trapeze Co, LLC
• Footprint: 120′ × 120′ — relatively flat and level; suitable for nearly any surface/medium.
• Anchoring: If stakes cannot be used as anchors, concrete barricades must be provided by the Producer.
• Power: 50 amps dedicated to Royals’ Spectacular. Additional 50 amps + utilities required per on-site trailer (maximum 2 trailers).
• Seating & Layout: 360° seating within the performance area to create a circus-tent experience under the stars. No sidewalk space outside the Spectacular will be used. Bleachers to be provided by the Producer.
• Show Schedule: Three shows daily, each 30–45 minutes. Performances must be at least 2 hours apart and scheduled to align with other fair events for a cohesive guest experience.
• Production Access: The Producer/Fair will be granted full access to Stage and Production equipment for other entertainment, provided those acts are scheduled independently of the Royals’ Spectacular.
• Crew Support: Daily supply: one 5-gal water dispenser (or equivalent cases of bottled water) to support the artistic team.
• Accommodation: Hotel or Airbnb equivalent: four (4) double-occupancy rooms. Check-in: three full days prior to event; check-out: one day after event.
• Insurance: Fully insured with Trapeze Co. — $1,000,000 / $2,000,000 limits.

1. Flying Royals Octagon Stage: Elite crisscrossing flying trapeze act (touring company; featured on AGT: Extreme).
2. High Fall: 40ft+ stunt/high-fall act.
3. Ground / Aerial Display: Examples: silks, lyra, web.
4. Aerial Act: Examples: hammock, duo straps, cloud swing, aerial pole.
5. Stage Performer: Examples: juggling, handstands, quick change, trick bike.
